GK VÍTKOVICE CUP 2011 (English version)

We invite your team to our  competition and we are looking forvard to your coming.

INDIVIDUAL ALL AROUND COMPETITION

1st category:    girls born  1996 and younger,
    competition I according to FIG

2nd category:    juniors and women born  1996 and older,
    competition I according to F.I.G

3rd category:    girls born  1999 and younger



Vault:  2 vaults if the first is with salto (only 1 vault if its not with salto)

Bars:  Composition requirements
    1.  Flight element from HB to LB
    2.  Flight element from LB to HB
    3.  Close bar circle element, except flight and cast
    4.  Non-flight element with min. 180 degrees turn, must be from the Code
    5.  Dismount:  B 0,3   C and higher 0,5

Balance beam: Composition requirements
    1.  One connection of at least 2 different dance elements, 1 being a leap, jump or
         hop with 180 split in cross position
    2.  Turn on one foot
    3.  One acro series min. of 2 elements, one must be with flight
    4.  Acro elements in different directions
    5.  Dismount:  B 0,3   C and higher 0,5

Floor: Composition requirements
    1.  One connection of at least 2 different dance elements, 1 being a leap, jump or
                       hop with 180 split in cross position
    2.  One acro series with 2 different saltos
    3.  Two saltos in different directions
    4.  Salto with LA turn min. 360
    5.  Dismount:  B 0,3  C and higher 0,5


Time schedule :  Friday, arrival of delegations, training from 15 – 19
                             Saturday – competition from 10 – 18
                             Sunday – departure after breakfest

Prize money :     all around comp.  1st category    80, 60, 40 Euro
                                                         2nd category  100, 80, 60 Euro

Accomodation, meal:
Our club will pay the following expenses:
accommodation: for 3 gymnasts, 1 coach and 1 judge from 14.10.  – 16.10.2011
meal: from dinner 14.10. to breakfast 16.10.2011
Each team has to pay for their own travel expenses.
More people than 5 must pay 35 Euro/day.
